Terms of service

These terms apply to every Wilzen website package. By paying a deposit you accept them.

Packages and payment

Packages are one-time fixed-price projects as listed on wilzen.agency. Payment is 50% to start and 50% before launch. Final files and go-live happen after the second payment.

Domain and hosting renewals

We set up your domain and hosting once as part of your package. Your domain must be renewed every year with your registrar, and hosting is billed by your hosting provider. These renewals are paid by you directly to the provider, are not included in any package and are not marked up by Wilzen. If a renewal lapses, your site may go offline.

Revisions and support

Each package includes the revision rounds listed on the pricing section. Premium includes 30 days of support after launch. Further changes are quoted per request.

Content and licences

You provide your text, logo and photos, or ask us for copywriting help where your package includes it. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you supply. Paid fonts, stock images and licences are not included unless agreed in writing.

Ownership

You own the website files delivered to you after final payment. Wilzen may show the finished site in its portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Scope

Wilzen builds brochure and lead-generation websites. Online stores, member logins and custom web applications are outside the packages.

SEO and AI search

We set up technical foundations such as structured data, a sitemap, robots rules and an llms.txt file. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic or citations by AI assistants.
